वेतन मिलता नियमित के आधे से कम
मिलता नही ई एल न कटता ई पी एफ
भविष्य दिखता अंधकारमय खाली हाथ
मिलेगा नही पेंशन न परिवार को अनुकम्पा
तथाकथित चाइनीज़ वेतनमान मिलता
करता जिसका विरोध पूरा हिंदुस्तान
वहीं है मिलता वेतन रूपी श्रृंगार
हमारे प्रति फैलाया दुष्प्रचार
किया जलील शोषण प्रताड़ित अत्याचार
करने वाला पाता सम्मान और प्रतिष्ठा
पिछले महीने किया संघर्ष हुआ हड़ताल
वैश्विक महामारी मिला बहाना
खाली गया सत्तर शिक्षकों का बलिदान
कहावत है गोर का भी गया गया हाथ का
मिला न बढ़ोतरी मिला प्रतिशोध रूपी दमन
लगा ड्यूटी क्वेयरंटाइन केंद्र न सुरक्षा
मिला न इंसुरेंस गनीमत रही बचा प्राण
न काम के न काज के लगता लांछन
सामना करता समाज और सरकार
एक दूसरे को आरोप प्रत्यारोप
बच्चो के आंखों का तारा निर्माता
खटकता चुभता उसे बन न पाया
जीवन में एक अदद नियोजित शिक्षक
करता समाज का प्रत्येक मुसीबतों में सहयोग
होता रहता अधिकारियों का कोप भाजन
जरूरत पर आते हम ही काम तारणहार
लाख करो हमारी शिकायत
हमारी बिना बनता न एक काम
परीक्षा मूल्यांकन चुनाव जनगणना आपदा
साहब के दाएं बाएं रहता निपटाता अन्य काम
सबसे आगे निहश्वार्थ भाव रहता नियोजित
एक ही विनती एक ही आशा एक ही अनुरोध
करता करबद्ध निवेदन हो कर नही कुछ दे सकते
तो लौटा दो हमारा मान और सम्मान
करो न आत्म विश्वाश कमजोर
विकट परिस्थिति आधारभूत सुविधाओं
अभाव खलता है रोकता है मजबुर करता है
ये क्या बाधक कम थे
इन सब को देता मात बढ़ता शिक्षा और संस्कृति
थोड़ा तो बढ़ाओ मनोबल होंगे कामयाब
निर्माण करेंगे बच्चो का उज्ज्वल भविष्य
बुद्ध की धरती बुद्ध का प्रकाश फैला जग
क्यों रहा अंधेरा जन्म भूमि दूर करेंगे
महावीर की ज्ञान फैला संसार
क्या कमी रही ज्ञान भूमि अज्ञान
छटेगा बादल बरसेगा प्रकाश तैयार हम
चाणक्य की कर्म भूमि विहार
करो न यूं आधुनिक का अपमान
वीरा उठाया है अब बनेगा नया बिहार
मेरे बलबूते विद्यालय खुलता
प्रांगण रहता हसता खेलता भविष्य
बच्चो की खिलखिलाहट मुस्कान
बढ़ाता उच्च संस्कार व्यवहार और विचार
आंनद लेता नितप्रति भोजन
मिलता गैप अंडा दूध होता स्वस्थ
दूर होता कुपोषण बदलता शरीर
लाभुक योजना का मिलता लाभ
मिलता मातृभाषा में शिक्षा दीक्षा
गर्व से कहो हम नियोजित शिक्षक हैं
करो न दुष्प्रचार लौटा दो
मान और सम्मान।
